We know exactly who welded every joint, which materials were used (including their corresponding heat certificates), and which specific parameters were followed. Upon project completion, we provide an exhaustive quality dossier, giving the client absolute documentary control over their equipment.

For us, quality begins long before the first piece of metal is cut. Our Engineering Department acts as the initial safety filter.

We utilize advanced 3D design software to model every component, allowing us to anticipate potential issues and optimize the manufacturing process. We verify that all designs comply with applicable national and international regulations, tailored to the equipment’s destination and intended use. Welding is the critical point of any structure or tank. Therefore, at Caldereria Terns, we leave nothing to chance. We comply with the most demanding codes in the industrial sector:

Qualified Welders and Operators:
Our personnel are certified according to European standards (EN ISO 9606, EN ISO 14732) and American codes (ASME Section IX).

Welding Procedures (WPS/PQR):
We maintain our own qualified procedures to guarantee flawless joints in carbon steel and stainless steel, in accordance with EN ISO 15614-1 and ASME Section IX.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):
We coordinate specialized testing—including radiography, ultrasound, dye penetrant, and magnetic particle inspection—to certify the integrity of the joints whenever the project requires it.
